Privacy & Data Handling Notice

What the project inquiry form asks for, what it is used for, and which legal and provider details must be confirmed before public launch.

Data Stewardship

Use only the information needed for the conversation.

The form requests the minimum useful context for a project inquiry. Public privacy commitments must match the deployed providers and real operating process.

Minimal Data Collection

The inquiry form asks for contact details and the system context needed to understand a potential project.

No marketing-list use

The inquiry form is not designed to subscribe you to a marketing list. Any analytics or marketing tools used at launch must be listed here.

Purpose-limited inquiry use

Project context is collected to assess whether a useful next conversation is possible and to respond to the inquiry.

Operational Transparency

What is known now, and what must be confirmed before launch.

This page deliberately does not claim retention, security, analytics, or legal arrangements that have not yet been verified.

Project Inquiries & Contact Details

  • Data Collected: Your name, work email address, organization name, current software context, and description of what needs to change.
  • Purpose: Used to understand the stated project context and reply to the inquiry.
  • Retention: A specific retention period and deletion process must be approved before public indexing is enabled.

Form delivery and infrastructure

  • Inquiry delivery: A submission is accepted only after the configured inquiry email provider accepts delivery.
  • Abuse controls: The form uses a honeypot and basic rate limiting. Launch should add a provider-backed abuse-control decision.
  • Operational logs: The public privacy notice must identify the deployed hosting and logging providers and their retention terms before launch.

Providers and transfers

  • Hosting: The production hosting provider, region, and applicable data-processing terms must be named before public launch.
  • Email delivery: The configured inquiry-delivery provider and any recipient mailbox provider must be named before public launch.
  • Analytics: Any analytics provider enabled in production must be named here with the data it receives and available controls.

Requests and policy ownership

  • Controller identity: The legal entity and responsible contact for data requests must be published before public launch.
  • Request route: A verified privacy contact channel and response process must be assigned before public launch.
  • Jurisdiction: Applicable privacy rights and response timeframes depend on the legal entity, operating locations, and audience and require review.

Data Subject Requests

Questions or data requests?

Before public launch, publish the legal controller identity, an operational privacy contact channel, applicable request rights, and the real response process. Do not enable indexing until those facts are reviewed.
